American officials have threatened to do so since Donald Trump's announcement on October 9th of a deal to let Russia sell diesel fuel. They demand that Ukraine stop attacking Russian refineries. Arms supplies are at risk as well. The Americans have privately warned that they may pull the plug on(切断、终止) the Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL)(乌克兰优先需求清单), the mechanism(机制) by which European countries pay for American weapons sent to Ukraine.
