• This month, an official at Ukraine’s military intelligence(情报，情报机构) told Reuters that a North Korean missile unit(部队，单位) has begun deploying(部署，调动) personnel and equipment to western Russia and the unit could be equipped with 120 ballistic(弹道的) missiles and six launchers(发射装置，发射器) for strikes against Ukraine. North Korea sent an estimated 14,000 soldiers to Russia’s Kursk region in 2024, helping Moscow fight an invasion(帮助莫斯科对抗入侵) by Ukrainian forces. Thousands have been wounded or killed.
