The businessman Rami Naimi was first abducted(被绑架) in Dubai in 2017 on his return from(在他从……返回时) a trip to Australia with his father. After being tortured(遭受酷刑), he was released the following year.

Last year he was sentenced(被判刑) to six years’ imprisonment after a secret trial(秘密审判).
